Check in
Standard check in hours are between 15.00hrs and 19.00hrs, 7 days
a week. Outside these times, the company will supply information
and keys to enable clients to check in - unless otherwise
arranged.
Fees may apply.
Check Out
acityabode standard check out is 11am. Please note: later check
outs are available and are subject to availability at a charge of
£20. Valid debit / credit card details will be required
to cover any additional charges and breakages at the time of
booking. acityabode reserve the right to deduct from that
card all amounts chargeable.
We will notify you of the charges prior to deducting from
your card.
Any unreturned keys and fobs will be charged at the prevailing
rate.
Occupancy
One bedroom apartments sleep 2. Two Bedroom apartments sleep 4 and
Three Bedroom Apartments sleep 6. This equates to a maximum of one
person per single bed and two people per double bed. Only
additional hotelier beds supplied by acityabode are to be used for
sleeping, with the exception of guests using their own cots for
children under the age of three.
acityabode cannot guarantee a specific property and may have to
relocate guests to accommodation of a similar type to that
originally booked.
Booking Amendments
acityabode will endeavour to accommodate changes to the original
booking but are not guaranteed to do so. Charges may apply.
Under no circumstances do we guarantee a specific property even
when confirmation for such has been provided.
Cancellations
If you have to, or wish to cancel your booking, you must
inform Ragan Property Management Ltd t/a
acityabode in writing as soon as possible at:-

Non arrivals will be charged the full value of the
reservation.
For our Advanced Purchase Rate: Full payment will be taken at
the time of booking which is non-refundable and
non-transferable.
For our Deposit Rates: a 30% deposit of the total stay
(non-refundable) is taken at time of booking and the balance less
the deposit is taken 14 days prior to date of arrival.
We advise that you obtain appropriate and adequate travel and
personal insurance cover as depending on the reasons for your
cancellation, you may be able to reclaim our cancellation charges
from your insurance company.
Insurance
acityabode are not responsible in any way for loss or damage to,
contents, furniture, fittings or any personal belongings at the
property. Nor can we be held liable for the acts or defaults caused
by third parties. You are also advised to ensure your own insurance
policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your
stay.
Broadband
Where broadband is available, acityabode will try to ensure that
this service is available at all times. If there is a fault which
is deemed by acityabode to be connected with the user's hardware or
software, no support will be available. acityabode are not
responsible for any viruses or damages whilst using the
internet
Parking
Additional services such as parking differ between apartments.
Parking is not guaranteed for the apartment unless otherwise
stated. Parking must be pre-booked and may be subject to parking
charges. Certain Parking Spaces may require a permit to be
displayed in the window of your vehicle and this will be made clear
in your confirmation email. acityabode does not accept any
responsibility for any charges incurred by guests should the permit
not be displayed correctly. acityabode does not accept any
responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur when using our
parking spaces.
Services
acityabode cannot be held responsible for any failure or
interruption of services to the apartment, including internet,
electricity and water or any damage, disruption or noise caused as
a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the
property.
Smoking
acityabode operates a strict NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not
allowed in any of our apartments or in any area of the apartment
blocks. For further information, please see the full Terms and
